For toned and beautiful arms... Para tonificar los brazos RAPIDO!
I am realizing that with age my arms are losing shape and starting to loosen up. So I decided to follow this tip that Amanda Rusell presents in this video. She is a beautifull model and fitness guru. She says that doing a few push ups a day, we are going to notice how our arms tone up. I am doing it and loving it, and I can see the results.
Just start with one or two, however many you can and you will see the difference and you get motivated. I am doing 30 a day :)
Me he dado cuenta en estos ultimos anos que mis brazos estan perdiendo su forma y estan empezando a aflojarse. Entonces segui el consejo de esta entrenadora que me encanta Amanda Rusell, ella dice que aunque hagamos unas pocas lagartijas - push ups - al dia, los brazos se empiezan a ver mas torneados. Segui su consejo y me esta dando resultados! Empiecen por una o dos, las que puedan. Ya veran que se van a motivar cuando empiezen a ver resultados. Yo estoy haciendo 30 durante el dia.
